4/2/09
End of month #3 203¾ lbs.
90 day weight loss = 41¼ lbs.
The rst month, his rate of loss was 17 pounds per month. The second month, when he
postponed breakfast, his rate of loss dropped to 5.5 pounds per month. The third month, after
