Older generations are not used with upgrades in and
new features in society and thats why they are all saying that the youth is in ....
But younger generation have more advanced and newer information with them. Nowadays
the young know much more than the older did at the same age. They have innovative ideas,
they are very active and fully commited into their doings and projects. If they take something
up, they are will finish it. The next generation are not here just to receive knowldege and
information, they are here to be heard and involved in decision making processes.
It clearly reflects in workmarket. Especially in tehcnology, networking and information
technology. The fact that executives and international leaders have started to employ people
much younger than themselves, proves that younger people are neccecary and essential for
society.
They are sometimes called the Fat brains.
