Quality benefits
Higher quality does not necessarily mean higher costs. There are costs associated with poor quality, examples of
which are:
· The management cost of handling clients' complaints
· Inspecting the work concerned
· Making good faulty work
· Replacing sub-standard materials and components
These cost can be incurred during and after completion of the project.
