How to become an attorney at law?
Good afternoon! Today I am going to talk about how to become an attorney at law. The Bar Association is
competent to admit members to and exclude members from the Bar Association, organise inservice training for
advocates, exercise supervision over the professional activities of advocates of foreign states who are practicing
in Estonia and more.
There are several requirements for advocates. Firstly, a person may be admitted to the Bar Association if he or
she has active legal capacity and is a resident of Estonia or is a citizen of the Republic of Estonia or a Member
State of the EU.
