I am glad that the negotation went so well. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for
being coperative. We appreciate the fact that you made yourself available for discussion.
I would like to confirm delivery date, discount, returned goods and guarantee once again. I

30. November. The discount would be 3% on all goods and two-year guarantee. And at least I
