An Employee's right to request a leave gets activated after expiration of the 11 months of work however the employee may use his/her leave before that time if agreed between the parties. 3. The leave does not include a temporary incapability period, a leave due to pregnancy, childbirth and maternity, adoption of infant and an additional leave for taking care of child. 5. Unless otherwise provided by the labor contract, the employer is entitled to specify the or- der of granting paid leaves to employees for the year. Article 27.
