For achieving the mentioned goal, following tasks are set: · To give an overview about the crisis regulation system in accordance with HOVS; · To analyze the practice of solving crisis situations in document and archive management and the current situation of crisis regulation in government offices; · To explore the nature and reasons, why document and archive management crisis emerge, and how they should be protected according to HOVS; · To make suggestions how to plan solving the crisis and how to improve the legislation.
