nakatunud. Eriti arvukalt oli C. heterochrouse suguküpseid emaseid. Samuti esines
keskmiselt rohkem liike kui sügisel püütud lestadel. Kevadistes proovides lisandus
juurde neli uut helmindi liiki. Kaks nendest olid lestale tüüpilised parasiidid (C.
osculatum ja R. acus), kaks aga (meie vetes) lestal suhteliselt harva esinevat (A.
anguillae, S. pungitii).

SUMMARY
The present study: "................................................... helminthofauna of
flounder (Platichthys flesus trachurus) in the costal waters of Western Estonia" is based
on authors research and scientific publications.
The aim of this study is to investigate helminthofauna of flounder in the costal waters of
Western Estonia, to compare the seasonal differences and to see if study resaults
coincide with existent data.
The study was carried out between September 2003 April 2004. During this time 24
flounders were examined parasitologically
