and hair care among Estonian women. To accomplish the paper’s goal, following
research tasks are brought up:
1) establish a theoretical framework about the consumer, their habits, preferences
and their alternation;
2) find out what were the habits, preferences and changes of female consumer in
the category of beauty compared to the 20th century;
3) by carrying a qualitative analysis, find out by an inquiry which are the
consumption habits in clothing, haircuts, makeup and styles among women;
4) based on the research, do the conclusion about the changes of womens’
preferences, and give your own suggestions to companies of beauty treatment
area, service- and sales corporations,some suggestions to a female consumer
about supplementing their beauty standards also.
This is a final paper in which a combine method is used. In order to complete this
research, semantic-differential survey has been carried out
