Praegused liikmed on Anthony Kiedis (vokalist), Josh Klinghoffer (Kitarr, taustavokaal), Michael `'Flea'' Balzary (Basskitarr, trompet) ja Chad Smith (Trummid), kusjuures enne Josh Klinghofferit oli bändi kitarristiks juba algusaastatest John Frusciante, kes aga lahkhelide tõttu on mitmel korral bändist lahkunud (varemalt siiski tagasi tulnud).
