It is the most frecuent tumor among women. In Estonia, there are about 600 new people diagnosed with breast cancer registered every year. Nearly one third of them are in an advanced stage of cancer. As in most countries, getting cancer is becoming more and more frequent. According to the Estonian Cancer Register, the frequency has increased about 30% during the last decades.
