I need Market Trading licence and it is free from Leicester City Council.
Have got Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate for Retail.

I need products and public liability insurance, which will cost ~£60 per year.
6.10 Management and staff:
I will manage the business on my own. Also got 1 Volunteer (my landlord James
Smyth) to sort out paperwork (filing, bookkeeping, accounting)
