Public International Law is a system of law
Agreement governing the activities of states on the moon and other celestial bodies.
Signed and ratified by very few countries, no real space power countries among them. The
idea is how to share the resources of the moon and other celestial bodies if this kind of
thing would be available.
Different technical agreements about communication in the space. Also, question of g-stationary
orbit? Idea orbit which is stationary goes straight over the ecuatior, then speed of the satellite
and the earth turning is similar, because of that the satellite would be on the same spot all the time.
But problem this orbit is a limited resource, only a number of satellites can be put here. Equator
countries do not want people to put satellites there. Other countries did not regard those claims,
these are not legally grounded.
Is it legal to sell areas of the moon? (like on one page in the net, lunarembassy.com or something)
