If you do not get regular exercise or a healthy diet, however, you may get overweight. Being overweight can have great effects on your health. It can increase risk of developing many health conditions. Such as gallbladder disease, heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure), dyslipidemia (high cholesterol), stroke and even cancer. So if you don't want to be at risk for any of these diseases it is advised you get regular exercise and eat accordingly. Another great way to lead a healthy lifestyle is to get enough rest. As students, we must go to sleep early. This is to prevent us from being tired the next day. Therefore, we can give full concentration when our teachers are teaching us in class. A study shows that we must have atleast 8 hours of sleep
