Laughter
This may surprise you, but as a speaker don't be afraid to laugh, where and when appropriate.
Laughter is a wonderful sound. And it's contagious. Have you ever noticed how professsional
comedians such as Johnny Carson occasionally join in the laughter following their own jokes?
When a speaker laughs at the right moment it can make the audience feel good.
