I intend not to do that – I have my own prescriptions for the
diseases which has infected and permeated the Black race. It may not be to everybody’s liking, but who
cares, it is my prescription; if you don’t like it let’s hear your own solution.
In offering my solutions, I am a realist, and I know my limitations; I don’t pretend to be an in-depth
expert on the history, sociology and culture of the Black race. On this score, I intend to speak freely. I
know I am being disingenuous to use the term “economic control.” The Black race doesn’t control
anything. I have said so in many different ways in the preceding sections: the Black race is basically
parasitic: we are nothing but a consumer race – we wait for others to do our work for us, and we come
in to use their products after paying a heavy price for our indolence.

us
