Viin läbi küsitluse. Küsimustik tugineb tootete tuntusele sihtturu hulgas ja selle eelstustele
võrreldes konkurentidega. Püüan teada saada miks kliendid on valminud just X firma toote ja
kus nad said teada X firma toodete kohta. Küsitluses osalevad X firma kliendibaasi kliendid,
esialgu on küsitluse valimiks 25 püsiklienti.
