While
rowing, they find a drowned man at the end of the boat's rope. Later Mortimer Lightwood,
who was old John Harmon's lawyer, receives a letter from a boy named Charley Hexam
where is said that young John Harmon is dead. Mr. Lightwood, Mr. Wrayburn and Charley go
to Charley's home. Later when the guests leave, Lizzie asks Charley to leave their house and
gives him some money. Because of John Harmon died, his money will go to the old servant
Noddy Boffin. A part of that Mr. and Mrs. Boffin decides to offer a reward to the man who
finds out the killer John Harmon. The same evening Boffins come to the Wilfers house and
want to help Bella. After there was offered a reward, a man comes to say that Jesse Hexam
killed Harmon. He hasn't said it before, because he wanted a reward. When they go to find
