Ilmus DVD „Tuska“, mis salvestati Helsingis festivalil Tuska Open Air 2012. 2013. aasta algas bändile huvitavalt – anti kaks kontserti Afganistanis Helmandi provintsis Eesti, USA, Suurbritannia ja Taani sõduritele. Järgnes pikk Euroopa tuur koos bändiga Korpiklaani (FIN), kus anti 40 kontserti 15 riigis. Juunist kuni oktoobrini tehti Roundsound stuudios valmis uus album, mängiti festivalidel ning novembris sõideti koos ansamblitega Finntroll (FIN) ja Blackguard (CAN) Põhja-Ameerikasse, et anda 35 päeva jooksul 32 kontserti. Tagasi kodumaale tulles esitles bänd väljamüüdud kontserdiga oma uut singlit "Lööme mesti". Kokku anti 2013. aastal 107 kontserti, neist 80 väljaspool Eestit. Praeguseks on Metsatöllul selja taga üle 500 kontserdi Euroopas ja Põhja- Ameerikas ning müüdud on rohkem kui 70 000 plaati. 5 Praegused bändiliikmed Markus Teeäär (Markus "Rabapagan")
