Formal Letters - Enquirement Letter

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to enquire about the Discount Bike advertisment that I recently saw advertised in the latest issue of Mountain Biking magazine. Next month I am going on a cycling holiday in the mountains with some of my friends. The landscape is quite rough there, so could you tell me if your bikes are good for riding on rough terrain? Could you also suggest if I should get a touring bike or an adventurer bike? I am going with 2 friends and we are planning to take a lot of luggage, so could you tell me if the panniers are fit for a lot of luggage or not? I would be grateful if you could also let me know if there are some larger frames available. Could you also tell me how much the postage and packing would cost if my order is under 200£? Finally could you tell me if you sell bike accessories such as lights and locks? I look foward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully Saara Kõuhkna
