His vision was that all his employees could afford his products. He also invented the modern corporation- yet the Ford Motor Company was almsot wholly driven by the needs of production. Finance, marketing, cost accounting, managerial structure, and all the other accoutrements of modern corporations were of little or no intrest to Henry Ford.
