Sellest tekkis idee antud valdkonda täpsemalt uurida ning selgitada, mis roll on tekkinud olukorral noorte uneharjumustel. Seega viisin läbi Eesti noorte päevakava uuringu, kus käsitletakse õppimisele, magamisele kuluvat aega ning koolitundide algust.
