The secound reason why i thought that a plane ment for passengers is the greatest invention is that it is an technological wonder. I still find it hard to believe, that a metal construction, that is enormously heavy is able to take off from the ground and fly. Every piece of the plane has been exactly measured and no mistakes are allowed, since every false calculation can cause multiple deaths. The fact that engineers have accomplished to make the plane fly and carry passengers with an almost zero risk is extraordinary and it is one of the reasons why i want to be an engineer, to be able to understand the things that seem so simple to us, but when you think about it, it makes no sense. Liberalism is all about teamwork/ cooperation. If we look at the Ecuador case, then we can see that they accepted other countries and orgnaizations help from where they did not win but lose. According to liberalism life is a plus- sum game but not in this case, in this case we can see zero-sum game from what one side wins and other loses. In the economic world liberalism is good to one point when it harms others. From trade liberalization the one that wins are usually companies or international organization and from there prehaps some countries that how the things work in a globalized world. In 1950s' there were any conveniences at all everything had to be made by yourself and people were living a poor life. People did not have the chance to own expensive technics(as a matter of fact some of them were not invented yet or it just had not been that widespread), wear the clothes they would have liked and live a life like they had always wished. Even if they tried hard to pursue to the highs, the chance of getting somewhere was close to zero. Nowadays, people can afford themselves a good and livable life, having the work done by machines, wear the clothes they want to and feel free to become more and more successful every day. Secondly, 50 years ago, people had very limited rights, which made them kind a shy and sour. Even getting a job was a complicated act, because there were not many workstations.
