If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people at first by job security. But there are a lot of other aspects to motivate a workforce. I think that giving a secutity at work is the main aspect that will motivate workforce. Saying job security I mean healthy environment, good labuor relations and confidence which means that worker do not have to worry about losing the job.
