The book is talking about the girl, Dorothy, who lives with her aunt Em and uncle Henry in
the midst of the great Kansas prairies. She is a little girl who is happy just because her dog.
Her aunt and uncle are very serious and unhappy people, they are only working all the time
but they are still pour.
One day uncle Henry was sitting upon the doorstep and looked at the sky what was more
greyer than usual. Suddenly he stoop up and called to his wife that cyclone is coming. They
were very confused because they didn´t have garret or cellar. There were only a small dug in
the ground, called a cyclone cellar, where they could go in case one of those whirlwinds
would come.
So, they all ran the that cyclone cellar, but in the last minute Toto, her dog was running away
and Dorothy went to look for it. And just before Dorothy could ran in the dug, the house
whirld around two or three times and rose slowly through the ai...
