The menu will offer seven categories of fast, simple, nutritious, and delicious dishes. The
categories are: wraps, burritos, salads, rice, pasta, soups, smoothies, and frozen yogurt. A
customer can choose to order a "Chef-Designed" option from one of these categories, or can
elect to "Build Your Own" customized dish that is specific to their individual taste and dietary
requirements. Our most selling dishes are fresh hot smoked salmon salad and goat cheese
salad with wildberry jam and roasted vegetables.
The restaurant staff consists of three cooks, one headchef and two kitchen hands, four people
tend to the clients. We have one head of shift and three waiters at any given time in the
restaurants. In total there are three head of shifts and nine waiters working in one restaurant.
The waiters are mostly students working part-time. Most of our employees have long-term
contracts. In the headquarter we have marketing, finance, personnel and accounting
department
