She definitely seems boy-like because she isn't afraid to fight with boys. Scout also has a warm heart, she always has best intentions and worries about the poor. Jem, Scouts brother, is entering puberty and is not so stable as Scout. There is seen clear progress in Jem's way of thinking during the novel. Atticus is the widowed father of Jem and Scout and also a prominent lawyer. He is respected by everyone. He is also the idol of Scout and Jem because he fights and stands out for justice. Gran Torino Gran Torino is an American drama film, which was completed in 2008 and was released on December 9th in California. It was directed and produced by Clint Eastwood, who also starred in it. The film tells a story about an old widowed former Ford factory worker Kowalski, who has a troubled relationship with his family members and who is angry at the world. It is quite interesting that Clint Eastwood wanted to star in a movie where he plays a racist character. He also said that it was his last film as an actor. The main issue in this film is gang violence on the streets involving different cultures and races.
