The referees checks and completes the following:
Before the match: Checks that the Player's lists are completed and confirmed with the signature of Team official 1.
After the match: Checks that everything is correctly completed and that no information is missing whereafter they shall sign the Match Record and write
the name in printed letters. If a Match penalty 3 has been imposed, a separate report shall be sent to the administrating authority.
Penalties and codes
All penalties shall be noted with the length and type of the penalty (i.e. B2) and with the code (i.e. 201).
A player that serves the bench penalty for another player shall not be noted (i.e. B2+P10)
