Being a teacher is not an easy task. Teachers have many problems with students who does not know how to behave. Some of them even make fun of teachers and I find this kind of behaviour disturbing, because it is not fair that urchins have more fun in school than decent students have. Yes, teachers can throw the rebels out or punish them in other ways, but that usually agitates the students against the teacher. Firstly, I would like to say that if I were an English teacher I would variegate the classes with subjects, which students would actually find interesting. I would find it exciting to let them think and explore more about politics, social issues, world news and of course other subjects that they really find interesting to speak about. These emotional responses are linked to changes in autonomic and neuroendocrine systems, which are essential for metabolic support when preparing the body for action. Since emotion can influence such important processes like learning, decision-making, memory and consequently health and welfare of the individual then dysfunctional regulation of emotions can lead to psychopathology. A total of 26 healthy, non smoking male participants, age group 18-42 years were recruited into the study. Based on the theory of Cybernetic 3-Dimensional Model on Emotion Regulation (CMER), three dimensions of emotion regulation was measured. Participants were stressed using the TSST test, and the salivary cortisol and plasma IL-6 was measured as endocrinological markers of the stress response. The Amenian Genocide and its causes 1.1. Armenian Genocide Armenian Genocide (also known Armenian Holocaust) took place during World War I (1915- 1917), when Armenian people of the Ottoman Empire were systematically exterminated and deported by the ,,Young Turk" goverment. The Armenian Genocide was the first genocide of the 20th Century. During the genocide two million Armenians living in Turkey were eliminated from their historic homeland through forced deportations and massacres. Kiek in de Kök tower The cannon tower Kiek in de Kök was founded in 1475-1483. The name was first recorded in the description of the second siege of Tallinn in 1577 as Kyck in de Kaeken, later on several forms of the same name were used, such as Kik (Kyk) in de Kok, Kiek in die Küche, Pulffer-Thurm Giecken Köck. In 1696 the present name Kiek in de Kök was also mentioned, meaning "peek into the kitchen" in Low German. And true enough, it was possible to watch what the enemy was doing in their "kitchen" i.e. on position lower down from the about 38m-high tower.
