Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tablespoonful of
sugar
1 tablespoonful of
potato starch
4 tablespoonful flour
Salt
Double cream
Jam
Curd
Swip eggs
Add flour, salt and potatoe starch
Put into oven on 200 degrees for
20 minutes
Swip double cream with sugar
Add curd into double cream
Add jam
Melt chocolate
Put the mixture on the Swiss roll
and curl it
Decorate it with melt chocolate
and sprinkles
