In Paris she mets a guy named Peter. Peter seems to be the best man in the world for Stephanie and their relationship is going more serious. Then they fly back to New York and have fun time together. Months later Peter has to go to California due to his work, but he says to Stephanie, that there will be a surprise for her, when he's away. The surprise for her was that few hours later, a man, looking just same as Peter, appears behind Stephanies door. The only difference between this man and Peter is that the new man looks a bit ridiculous, like he's going to carnival or smth. Firstly Steph. thinks that this is Peter, who is making a joke on her, but the man is says that he is Peter's clone, named Paul and Peter made him with biological testings. Stephanie really doesn't belive him, but when she finally talks to Peter on phone, she realizes, that she might be wrong and Paul really is a clone
