Secondly, I believe that it would make classes more effective to watch different educational movies. Doing the same thing from day to day is simply boring and some variety would surely increase students' interest in class. The third thing I would do to spice up life at school is organizing more fieldtrips. There are many different cultural and historical exhibits and museums kids may never visit unless they skip classes to do so. To sum up, I would say that although the Minister of Education could change a lot, our school life today is pretty good.

III Ravi periood 20. oktoober – 03. november 2014 Jan saabub uuesti ravile. Vahepeal on ta asunud õppima Tallinna Pelgulinna Gümnaasiumisse. Lõppenud on kahe aastane rehabilitatsiooniprogramm Tallinna Laste Turvakeskuses. Suvi möödus emaga Venemaal ja kooli alguses sügisel probleeme ei olnud. Oktoobris algasid koolist puudumised ja poiss oli asunud elama ühte mahajätud hoonesse, koos mingi täiskasvanud mehega. Tarbis kanepit ja spice, varastas raha saamiseks ja lõpuks on veetnud nädala Tallinna Lilleküla Turvakodus. Käitumine muutunud täiskasvalikumaks ja enam ei lähe teiste lollustega kaasa, ei lase ennast mõjutada. On muutunud viisakamaks, enesekindlust on juurde tulnud. Õhtud on rahulikud, kaaslastega suhted head. Ühel õhtul vestles pikalt Lilyga, tüdrukuga, kes viibis samuti ravi. Hommikul teatas kasvatajatele, et tüdrukul on peeglitükk taskus, millega on plaanis ennast vigastada.

Müts on peakate, millel võib olla nii kaitsefunktsioon, tseremoniaalne kui usuline tähendus, see võib kanda ohutuse eesmärki kui olla moe aksessuaar. Good posture is hot. Here is Fleur's first e-mail to me, edited for length: Hey, I'm doing well ... much better than I could have imagined.... There are [a] few things I've noticed about the diet that I think you'll be very interested to learn. Firstly, I can't imagine why you say it's not supposed to be fun? I'm loving it! ... There's tons of ways you can make the same foods taste totally different each meal just by adding a different herb or spice. I'm eating so much better. My diet was not great before, mostly because I just wasn't making the time, and I was too lazy. Eating the way you suggest has changed my hunger even; I never get that strange cramp- hunger feeling that sugar and "bad" carbs create. It's maybe also because I'm eating more, and more regularly. Just eating breakfast early in the morning instead of coffee and toast or a pastry at 11am has made a huge difference.
