The space age began about 50 years ago with the launch of sputnik, the first man-made object
in space. Since then, spaceflight technologies have grown up. Within the 50 years we have
achieved much in the spacelife, such as landing on the moon etc. Things what were
impossible 50 years ago are nowdays reality. But what will happen in the next 50 years?
In the first place people will be able to take trips into the space. And that`s predicted to be
happening in short time through the Virgin Galactic, which plans to provide sub-orbital
spaceflights to the paying public. Currently about several hundred people have already
booked a seat on that plane, which costs $200 000 per person.
