Benefits of the EU

Benefits of the EU The European Union was formed after the Second World War, because some political leaders believed that it was the only way to avoid conflicts in the future. There are many benefits in the EU, for example the EU has allowed citizen of the European Union to travel freely around Europe and millions EU citizens have moved to other EU country to work or to study. The EU has also given European countries a voice in world affairs. Smaller countries like Estonia and Latvia now can also get a word in world affairs, they are heard. Another advantage of the EU is that the EU has a strong common currency Euro. It makes travelling easier and also cheaper, because you can go on holiday and not have to worry about exchange money, therefore avoid high exchange charges. There is also peace amongst nations. The EU has managed to avoid conflicts and war and it makes smaller countries feel safe

students who need money to go to college. Republicans are not necessarily opposed to such programs. They believe, however, that many social programs are too costly to the taxpayers and that when taxes are raised to pay for such programs, everyone is hurt. They often accuse the Democrats of making the government too expensive and of creating too many laws that harm individual initiative. For that reason, Americans tend to think of the Republican party as more conservative. There are other, smaller parties in the United States besides the two major parties. None of these smaller parties, however, has enough popular support to win a presidential election. Americans do not have to join a political party in order to vote or to be a candidate for a public office. Whether or not they belong to a party, voters may cast ballots for any candidate they wish. Everyone votes in secret, and no one can know how another votes or force another person to vote for any particular program or candidate.

Therefore the motivation and effort the students put in the Chinese language studies varies greatly. According to the lecturer, the students in Estonia question the teacher's decisions more than the students in China which also suggests that the teachers have a smaller amount of authority. She explains that in her experience the students in Estonia occasionally complain about the large amount of home assignments, tests and some classroom assignments such as moving around in the class and asking questions from the other students, while students in China almost never do. In her opinion one reason behind the complaints could be that in Estonia the students compare her way of teaching with their expectations and previous experiences of other teachers in

As I mentioned before we have also recycling problem. I think that today that problem should be smaller because people should to recycle rubbish. Today we have different containers, separately for paper, biodegradable things and bottles. I can't understand why people don't do it. Is it really so hard? I think no. Legacy Riverdance continues to be performed all over the world, in a diminished format and in smaller venues. Current productions are geared towards smaller theatres, whereas past productions have been performed in large theatres and arenas. Might the Welsh language face a bright future?

The future of the language lies in the hands of the young generation. Before that as English was mostly used, the learning of English was the most important thing because it was the language of communication. Nowadays the Welsh language is being supported by individuals as well as organizations. The support is material when it comes to supporting different establishments which further the Welsh language. But the support is also moral as more and more public bodies, major businesses, even smaller companies and voluntary organizations are making increasing use of the language. The use of the language as a business language side by side with English has become somewhat of a sign of quality customer service. There has been an increasing interest towards Welsh also because at the workplace the ability to speak and write Welsh has become as important as for example computer skills have been. To my mind the Welsh people have set their sight to preserving their language and even

For example in the 19th century in India a distinct Anglo-Indian way of life developed. As India was so far away from Great Britain, the British officials basically spent their life there and instead of trying to alter some of their lowers they tried to fit in. the same thing occurred in Canada, New Zealand and Australia. Of course the situation was a bit different in smaller colonies where the population was smaller and also more easily manageable. All the bigger colonies had complete internal self-government but recognized the overall authority of the British government. All the changes that took place in Britain were carried to its subjects as well in one way or another. Everything that took place in the mother country reflected to its subjects as well. Tundra

The average winter temperature is -28°C, but the average summer temperature is 3-16°C. During the brief summers, the top section of the soil may thaw out allowing plants and microorganisms to grow and reproduce. However, these plants and microorganisms become dormant during the cold winter months. Soil is formed slowly. The constant freezing and thawing in the tundra helps to break the rocks into smaller pieces. Permafrost consists mostly of gravel and finer material. The arctic tundra is also a windy place and winds can blow between 48 to 97 kilometres. The tundra is basically like a desert when it comes to precipitation. Only about 150-250 millimetres of precipitation (mostly snow) fall each year. When water saturates the upper surface, bogs and ponds may form, providing moisture for plants, and breeding thousands of insects that attract many migrating birds.
