The analysis of governmental institutions crisis management methods in handling records and archives management Master's thesis is written in Estonian. The thesis consists of 88 pages including two appendixes in five pages. Thesis contains 25 figures and 12 charts; some of those are from the elaborated literature and some are produced according to the data gathered by the author. Sources used for writing the thesis are mostly those that the author has used during her work concerning crisis regulation, including documents form crisis regulation in NATO committees. Materials from Riigi Teataja (Estonian State Gazette), National Library, Library of Estonian Public Service Academy and internet were also used for completing the thesis. 48 sources altogether were used in writing the thesis. The term paper is divided into four chapters: proteins and their components, protein structures, protein structural classification and biofunctional assignments of proteins in the human body. Based on the information gathered from the term paper a conclusion, that no organism can function without proteins and that proteins are one of the reasons why bioorganisms exist. 18

The main aim of the reforms was to boost foreign investments, cre- ate new jobs, stimulate entrepreneurial activities in a variety of fields and increase the welfare of citizens. As a result of economic deregulation policy which was focused on liberalization of the Economy, a number of state regulated spheres were sharply decreased and regulation procedures were sim- plified. Consequently, our achievements have been recognized by a number of international in- stitutions. This year the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation published a joint research Doing Business 2011, under which Georgia ranks 12th among 183 countries in terms of Ease of Doing Business. Moreover, Georgia surpasses 174 counties in terms of reformation of business regulations since 2005. Last but not least, Georgia ranks first in the Post-soviet space,

On higher levels meat eating was discouraged and rejected. Our qouta is to eat what nature and God has arranged for us through nature we are prasadians. Why to be a prasadian?
