Letter of complaint
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to complain about the china figure I
ordered from you three weeks ago. I must regretly announce, that
your advertisement was wrong in many ways.
Firstly, the figure which I ordered was told to be delivered
within ten days. But I received it after three weeks and due to
that, I could not hand it to my friend in time.
Furthermore, there was a crack on one side of the figure; so
as a consequence, it also did not look the same anymore because
of it. And the gold plaque, where you engraved my message was
completely wrong
