2. Foods and Meals During Working Hours
2.1. Aim was to explore conceptualizations of food and meals in relation to irregular working
hours, different age groups and a variety in ethnic origin.

2.3. Sampling based on participant observation and semi- structured interviews.

participants conceptualization was the importance of safety and confidence in their choices,
