1. SPECIFICATION DETAILS: Description: Boneless Lamb Shoulder 90VL; Grade: YL-PM grade carcass; State: Chilled 2. RAW MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: Carcass grade YL-PX (9.0–16.0kg, cold weight).
