Nowadays it’s very popular that people eat junkfood and different products that are full of chemicals, sugars and fat. And if they don’t move it’s easy to get overweighted. One of the main problems why humans are unhealthy is not drinking enough water. You can buy many different flavoured drinks nowadays that are full of artificial colours and sugars. Drinking water is geting very unpopular especially among young people. Human body needs water to work proparly. One of the problems why we don’t have enough water in our bodies is alcohol. People drink cold alcoholic drinks in summer instead of water but alcohol carries out water from our bodies.To start living healthier, stay hydrated. Very easy way to live healthier and get in shape is doing sports. We have many sport activities nowadays, you just have to pick your favourite. But you have to keep in mind that you should do what makes you happy to have healthy mind
