Should parents be obliged to immunize their children against childhood diseases? Or do individuals have the right to choose not to immunize their children? Some people argue that the state has the right to make parents immunize their children. It seems to me that immunisation is necessary because it stops spreading diseases all over the world. Preventive medicine is a very useful way to eradicate illnesses because by applying it we do not need to cure diseases or treat their symptoms, we just prevent them. Every year thousand of children’s lives are saved thanks to timely vaccination. In addition, history also demonstrates us that childhood illnesses of previous centuries such as measles, tuberculosis and diphtheria have declined dramatically nowadays due to preventive care, which has protected children from potentially deadly diseases.

Nüüd pakkus Malthus välja, et inimesed peaksid olema üle loodusest ja ise võtma kasutusele vahendeid, et ei tekiks olukorda, kus rahvastik ja tootlikkus kasvavad nii suures lõhes preventive check. Tema lahenduseks oli see, et vaestel ei tohi lubada saada lapsi, abielluda enne, kui neil pole piisavalt jõukust/tootlikkust malthusianism(inimkonna enda rahvastiku kontroll). 19.saj näitas, et hoolimata rahvastiku kiirest kasvust, siis 20.saj sai teooria palju tagasilööke. In case of heavy, hazardous and dangerous work, the law imposes additional responsibilities on an employer, subject to separate legal regulations.
