options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Bodybalance is ideal for anyone and everyone. Now I will try to explain how Bodybalance training is going. A class is made up of 45 minutes of stretches, balances and toning exercises and is followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Usually this class is started with Tai Chi warm up. Next it would be yoga pose sun salutions. After it would be done balances pose including the tree pose which is good for strength building. Then, hip stretches followed. The purpose of doing that is to unlock the stiffness in the lower body. After that, it is pilates meant for the abdominals and lower back muscles. Some stretching exercises and the final track is a relaxing small meditation. Doing meditation you could clear the mind. WHY it works? Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches,

Most circuses and traveling shows that use wild animals keep them for months on end in cramped transport cages, sometimes hardly larger than they are, with only brief periods outside to perform. The animals have no opportuni- ty to move or behave in a natural way. That's why veterinarians, animal behaviourists, biologists and animal welfare organizations around the world have condemned wild animal acts. Circuses and traveling shows with wild animals also pose a risk to human safety. Numerous circus employees have been seriously injured or killed by performing animals and circus audience members have been injured when han- dlers have lost control of their animals. Many performing animals are large, potentially dangerous species that even zoos don't handle. But when they perform in circuses and traveling shows, they often do so without adequate pro- tection for staff and audience members.

"We're the Millers"

It is an American comedy film directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. The actors of the film are: Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis, Emma Roberts, Will Poulter, Nick Offerman, Kathryn Hahn, and Ed Helms. It was released in the U.S. on August 7, 2013. David is a drug dealer. He is unable to pay his depth to his boss. So his boss offers him to go to Mexico and get some marijuana for him. It is going to be difficult to get across the border. David decides to pose as a family man. He collects four different people together. They all pretend like they are on family vacation. Their trip is harder than expected and they have a lot of troubles in their journey. This is a great movie when you want to watch something light and funny. It is a good comedy. I loved the characters and the story line of the film. "We're the Millers" made me laugh to tears. This is not the film what makes you think deeply about the life but it is a good film for a long car journey

Tourism - good or bad

To start with, tourism offers many benefits. Tourists spend money on local goods and services ,so the area can get much money to develop the other essential public services, for example education and health. Also tourism services such as roads, bars, hotels, restaurants and other leisure facilities are built. Thanks to it, local people can get more jobs. Finally, tourism allows both the tourist and the local community a chance to experience other cultures. However, tourism can pose a threat to the natural environment and so may have bad effect on a country's wildlife. Tourists cause pollution and can damage the environment. What is more big companies are ruining the environment to build new facilities. For example, they cut down the forest, destroy the natural landscape in order to build hotels, restaurants for their business. Finally unfortunately some tourists do not always respect traditional cultures, they vandalize, make noise or throw rubbish.

The Internet and Social Order

The Internet and Social Order KAROLIN PETERSON The Internet is, as of today, a fairly unrestricted medium where all sorts of information can be published and accessed. Do I think there should be any restrictions and censorship imposed relating to inappropriate or potentially dangerous content that could pose a threat to public safety? In my opinion there shouldn't be any kind of information that could danger people available online e.g you can easily find instructions how to build a bomb (smoke bomb, atomic bomb) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUakUPkbpU checking in online (e.g on facebook) shows where you are at the moment and that makes it easy for the burglars to know when you're away from home. Tolerance and diversity

Tolerance and diversity First of all I had to pose myself a question what does tolerance mean to me? I came to the conclusion that for me it means accepting people the way they are- not caring about their appearance, orign, religion, attitude or skin coulor, even if their beliefs and thoughts are not just the same as mine. I think that every one of us should pay respect to other people. I find it interesting to learn about other cultures and how they live. Estonia is a culturally diverse society

Barokk kunst

Barokk 16. sajandi lõpul kerkis Itaalias esile uus kunstistiil - barokk.

Detective Superintendent Maria Woodall said: ''Many people don't know about the real dangers counterfeit beauty products pose to their health. Criminals are exploiting every opportunity to fool customers into buying counterfeits in order for them to make some quick cash - putting peoples' health, homes and lives at risk. Beauty products are meant to enhance your features, however the fakes can do quite the opposite. Our general rule is if it seems too good to be true then it probably is. Furthermore punishing people for possession ruins their lives, drains resources and stops objective discussion and implementation of nations drug policy in the long run greatly reducing our ability to face the challenges that much more addictive and harmful drugs pose to society. If we choose to continue to criminalize and demonize recreational or medicinal users of relatively safe substances, we abandon the solidarity modern society is built upon and risk on becoming an entrenched reactionary society where no empathic nor freethinking person would like to live their life in. It was, however, seen to have political/military importance in protecting New Spain's northwestern position in the Americas. Spain never did strengthen its military position in California sufficient to thwart hostile military action by any save the local Indians, but relied instead on the Spanish presence to pose a political trip wire - hostile action in California would result in war with Spain. Political and military leaders in California charged with it's development and defense were constantly frustrated and angered by what they perceived as inadequate attention and support by their superiors in Mexico City. Authorities in Mexico City saw California as an economic drain on resources. It was a strained relationship at best. As elsewhere in New Spain ultimate political power in California was

Kitarrikursus algajatele 2osa-Ben Edvards

Also TAB relates directly to the fret board of your guitar meaning that you may easily see where you put your fingers. In the full version of Jamorama, both standard musical notation and tablature are used. But for this six day course we will only use TAB. The reason for this is that tablature is very easy to read and you should have no problems learning TAB in a few short minutes of reading. TAB has some weak points, the worst of which is that rhythm can't be easily indicated. This shouldn't pose a problem though, as I will indicate the rhythm for each exercise using the strum indicators that were introduced in lesson one. OK. To start I want you to look at your guitar and you will clearly see that it has six strings going from thickest to thinniest. On a TAB diagram, the thinnest string, (or 1st string as its most commonly called) is at the top - The thickest (or 6th string) is at the bottom. This is clearly demonstrated in the 1st example below.

accession. As a Moslem secular country, Turkey will also add a new demographic and religious dimension to the EU. Also, the presence of a large number of Turkish immigrants in European countries raises the issue of possible additional migration, as a natural consequence of accession, which may affect the labor market and demography of small member states. The social repercussions of such a development raise sensitivities and pose challenges with political ramifications (Joseph, J.S., 2006). TURKEY'S LOCATION The strategic location of Turkey presents a unique challenge to the EU's external role and policies as "it lies at the epicenter of a series of conflicts, real and potential" in the region. Turkish accession will bring closer to the EU the instability and tensions of a strategically vital region with strong, conflicting energy-related interests. The

Sustainability aspects of biofuels

Sugarcane is used as a feedstock for producing bioethanol and the residual leftover bagasse - is used in heat and power generation. That is one of the characteristic that gives sugarcane production an advantage over other fuels. But sugarcane is also the major source of sugar in the world; about 80% of today's sugar is made from sugarcane, cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the southern hemisphere. In Brazil, however, sugarcane utilisation for biofuels does not pose competition for sugar production, as sugarcane occupies about 10% of the current planted area, and only 50% of it is used for ethanol feedstock. Sugarcane cultivation takes up only 2.5% of the total agricultural land available and it has been predicted that there is plenty of potential for agricultural expansion (Padula et al, 2007). It is well accepted that, in Brazil, the current large-scale sugarcane production does not compromise food production, and even an

David plotted his revenge by raping and impregnating her Irish Catholic housemaid, Elieen Corrigan, and then performing an induced abortion on her, breaking her and forcing her to submit to his will by promising her heaven if she obeyed him, and threatening eternal damnation in "the fires of hell" if she refused. courage: "In these "martyr" canvases he portrays the tragedy of the patriot (and later in life David still viewed Marat as such) who, in the midst of carrying out his patriotic duties, falls a victim to the dagger." (Friedlaender, 1952, p.25) Furthermore, Marat was using his bathroom as an office, because he had a severe case of skin disease and taking a bath would relieve his pain. Accordingly, David painted him dead in a bathtub, almost in a Christ like pose. The wound on Marat's right chest can be compared to Jesus's wounds when he was crucified, and therefore Marat seems like a hero dying for a noble cause. Moreover, with depicting Marat as Christ, although David himself and Marat were both atheists, Jacques-Louis David in a way creates a new religion, praising the social reformers of the French Revolution. (Rosenblum, Woldermar-Jansen, 1984, p.30) In 1793 David gave a speech while presenting The death of Marat, where he calls citizens to honor

But, if you observe experienced speakers, you'll notice they will move from one side of the lectern to the other as if signaling that they are anxious to make better contact with the audience. Some will also stand at the side and casually put one elbow on the side of the lectern, presenting a friendly, relaxed pose to the audience. When using this technique, here are some tips: · Be careful not to step out of range of the microphone. · You may want to arrange in advance to be equipped with either a handheld microphone, or a "lavalier" mike, which hangs around the neck or clips on to the lapel. The latter offers extra freedom to move out from behind the lectern and also frees up the arms and hands for more gestures.

Othello opens in the stately city of Venice

Cassio and Desdemona are having an affair. Act 2 Scene 1 The second act shifts scenery to the island nation of Cyprus, inside the Venetian military fortifications, where it remains until the end of the play. Montano, Cyprus’ Governor, awaits the arrival of the Venetians, delayed as they are by a horrible storm at sea. That same storm, however has also damaged the Turkish forces to the point that they pose little to no threat to the island anymore. Finally Cassio and Desdemona’s ships arrive, and Desdemona immediately inquires of her husband’s whereabouts. However, Iago watches from the sidelines, watching Cassio’s niceties with Desdemona and how he will turn those against them. When Othello finally arrives, everyone retreats inside, leaving Iago once again alone with Roderigo. Railgun

material that would be conductive enough to produce the same effect. Notice that the Lorentz force is parallel to the rails, acting away from the power supply. The magnitude of the force is determined by the equation F = (i)(L)(B), where F is the net force, i is the current, L is the length of the rails and B is the magnetic field. The force can be boosted by increasing either the length of the rails or the amount of current. Because long rails pose design challenges, most rail guns use strong currents -- on the order of a million amps -- to generate tremendous force. The projectile, under the influence of the Lorentz force, accelerates to the end of the rails opposite the power supply and exits through an aperture. The circuit is broken, which ends the flow of current. 1.4 How a railgun would work on a military ship in the future Rail guns require tremendous currents to fire projectiles at speeds of Mach 5 or higher. Public International Law is a system of law

council, prosecutor initiates investigation on his/her own initiative Universal jurisdiction allows other states and international organisations to punish people for international crimes who are not citizens of that state or anything who did not commit a crime on that state's territory, etc. This is outside the jurisdiction of ICC. It is more difficult, because the searching for the evidence can pose difficulties. No Statutory limitation convention when usually laws/ conventions have no retroactive force, then due to this convention there is retroactive force to punish war criminals/ international crimes. Following orders is it an excuse or not? It cannot be an excuse if you had a moral choice (if you are threatened or your life is, then it might be). Established by the Nuremberg trial, later recognized by the UN

Earth" examples seem to show that the meanings of a speech commu- nity's words are not entirely determined by the contents of speakers' and hearers' heads; the external world makes a contribution also. Questions 1 Some philosophers are uneasy about Kripke's notion of a "rigid desig- nator" and his ancillary distinction between "fixing sense." If you too are uneasy about "rigidity," can you articulate the problem? 2 Do fictional names pose a special problem for Kripke's rigidity thesis? How might he treat fictional names? 3 Now that Kripke has rejected the Name Claim, how might he address one or more of the four puzzles? 4 Can you help DR address one or more of the four puzzles (a harder task)? 5 Can you respond more fully on behalf of the CausalHistorical Theory to objections 14? 6 Offer your own criticisms of the causalhistorical picture.

THE CAPITALIST NIGER

five times by New York taxis passing him by and picking up Caucasian passengers after him. In fact, I had already written on this in another section before hearing of Mr. Glover’s compliant. Okay, the New York 45 City Mayor Rudolph Guiliani seized on this politically incorrect incident to clamp down on these taxi drivers by sending Black detectives to pose as passengers waiting to hail taxis. That is a misplaced solution. The underlying fact is that the Indians saved their money and purchased the medallions which now cost almost a quarter million dollars. The only solid solution to solving this problem is for Africans to band together to purchase as many taxi medallions as are available. Even Mr. Glover could easily cough up $5 million of his enormous wealth to buy maybe about 20 medallions. In that way, we may

Kuidas muudab mudelprojekteerimine teraskonstruktsioonide valmistamist ja ehitamist

In addition to the interview data, some respondents provided previously unpublished papers and articles that were not discovered during the literature review. This additional material proved to be invaluable by offering detailed information about the use of 3D and BIM on these two projects. 2.6. Method of Analysis Data analysis involves organizing what you have seen, heard, and read so that you can make sense of what you have learned. Working with data, you describe, create explanations, pose hypotheses, develop theories, and link your story to other stories (Glesne, 1999). Data collected from the interviews, and examination of industry publications were organized under categories based on the emergent themes. Since qualitative data analysis does not provide any fixed formulas or cookbook recipes to the researcher, much depends on the investigator’s way of thinking about the data, along with consideration of alternative interpretations and presentation of evidence (Yin, 2009).

Cats

A brown mink "Madura cat" exhibited at a cat show in Surabaya was of Japanese Bobtail type. The declining numbers appear due to people trying to export the cat out of the island and to a high mortality rate among breeding cats, both on Ra'as and on Madura, indicating either a lethal gene or a high degree of inbreeding. Cats brought out from Ra'as are castrated due a local belief that the fertile Buso cat may only be kept at the Ra'as island (castration in itself may pose dangers of infection). To preserve this cat as a distinct type and avoid extinction, breeders would need to establish breeding lines which would mean obtaining unneutered cats. The restriction on who may own a true Madura cat also limits ownership and controlled breeding. There are various tales associated with the Asian bobtailed cats. The Siamese tail kink, for example, was supposedly due to a princess threading her rings on the cats' tails for

climax. A story tends to feel incomplete unless a certain emotional space is devoted to bidding farewell to the characters and drawing some conclusions. An abrupt Return is like someone hanging up the phone without saying goodbye, or a pilot bailing out without bringing the plane in for a landing. FOCUS A Return may feel out of focus if the dramatic questions, raised in Act One and tested in Act Two, are not answered now. Writers may have failed to pose the right questions in the first place. W i t h o u t realizing it, a writer may have shifted the theme. A tale that started out as a love story may have turned into an exposé of government corruption. T h e writer has lost the thread. T h e story will not seem focused unless the circle is closed by Returning to the original themes. PUNCTUATION T h e final function of Return is to conclude the story decisively. T h e story should end with the emotional equivalent of a punctuation mark
