Also, in Estonia the ones who are not the sharpest pencils in the drawer and just want to learn some specialty often choose vocational schools as, then they have less struggles when finding a job in the future. To sum up, I have to say that I agree with the research that advise to go for higher education in case you have special careers in mind and not all of us should use the possibility of free higher education as we are lacking of jobs that require tertiary school education.
