Formal Letters - Thank You Letter
I am writing to let you know that I have arrived home safely. My plane was just on time and
everything went smoothly. I also wanted to thank you for letting me stay with you in your
lovely summer cottage in England.
I had the most wonderful time in England and I appreciate everything that you did for me to
make me feel at home. I loved my room and the food tasted just like it does at home. You are
a really nice family with warm hospitality.
The visit to England really gave me an opportunitie to improve my English speaking skills,
and it helped a lot. Also, I really enjoyed the beatiful view of the sea and the tourist attractions
you took me to.
Thank you once again for your warm hospitality and I hope we can still keep in touch and
maybe some day, you could even visit me.
