CONCLUSION
From historical point of view it is obvious, that Estonia and Russia had common bases for the
development of notary institution. Estonian notarys and King-Russia notarys had a lot of
similarities. Notariates of both countries conformed to the standards of Latin notariate, but
they were liquidated because of NSV Union power establishment. That is why in all NSV
Union territory, including Estonia, state notariate laws were used.
In bachelor`s work according to the chosen topic are considered Estonian and Russian notarial
systems. The purpose of the work is to compare the structures of Estonian and Russian
annaabi.ee
