The case of Turkey will be different and more challenging from previous accessions for a number of reasons, some of them are presented below.

archiect, botanist, musican and writer. Leonardo was best painter at his time. He was the person, who painted Mona Lisa, the Arno Valley, the Last Supper and a lot more. In the 1480s Leonardo received two very important commissions, and commenced another work which was also of ground-breaking importance in terms of composition. Unfortunately two of the three were never finished and the third took so long that it was subject to lengthy negotiations over completion and payment. One of these paintings is that of. Among the works created by Leonardo in the 1500s is the small portrait known as the Mona Lisa or ''la Gioconda", the laughing one. The painting is famous, in particular, for the elusive smile on the woman's face, its mysterious quality brought about perhaps by the fact that the artist has subtly shadowed the corners of the mouth and eyes so that the exact nature of the smile cannot be determined. William the Conqueror

William is also referred to as "William II" in relation to his position as Duke of Normandy. In particular, before his conquest of England, he was known as "William the Bastard because of the illegitimacy of his birth. On his father's death in 1035, William was recognised as heir, with his great uncle serving as regent. In 1042 he began to take more personal control. From 1046 until 1055 he dealt with a series of baronial rebellions. William's political and military successes helped him in negotiations to marry Matilda, daughter of Count Baldwin of Flanders in 1053. When William was 24 years old, he visited England for the first time. When he saw what a pleasant country it was, he thought he would like to be its king. So he persuaded Edward to promise him the crown. This was something which Edward had no right to do because in those days the King was chosen by a council of wise men. So William had no chance at all. Harold was crowned the King of England on January 5 th, 1066 .

Right now the studies have shown different results about the impact on the Baltic Sea and its habitats. We should actively participate in the researches in order to witness the accuracy of the results. One research showed that there are 30 mines lying in the Baltic Sea but the Finnish results showed the number of 900. In order to be aware of the threats we should show our interest not just nod when the results are represented by non-neutral organizations. Also, as right now there are negotiations about the third and fourth pipe, we should consider the economic benefits that may occure. Furthermore, as our agreement does not play role in the development of the project we should focus on the benefits that we could receive and demand for more EU attention on the Baltic Sea environmental condition. We can simultaneously get the economic benefits and raise our safety by involvement in the project. EU should definitely find an alternative for Russian energetic monopoly. Right now we are too

However, things did not go so smoothly and the successful project was chosen in the course of negotiations held on April 29th. The winning project was submitted by a Danish company, Christiani & Nielsen (project manager Herluf Trolle Forchhammer and constructor Sven Schulz) and it comprised of three shell concrete domes with a general plan of 50x100 meters. These changes resulted in mainland China's shift from a planned economy to a mixed economy. China became a member of the World Trade Organization in 2001.[55] China's accession into the World Trade Organization (WTO) was a goal achieved after nearly fifteen years of exhausting negotiations carrying many legal, political and social implications for all parties. China was finally able to convince WTO members that without China, the WTO is only partially a worldwide trade organization. The road to the signature of the final agreement of accession was long, but these difficulties pale in comparison to the problems that have not yet been tackled in terms of achieving real implementation of its provisions throughout the territory of the People's Republic of China (PRC). The IMF/EU bailout program lapsed at the end of the year and was replaced by Post Program Monitoring and Article IV Consultations on overall economic and fiscal processes. The economy began to recover in 2010 with a big boost from exports, especially to Germany, and achieved growth of approximately 1.4% in 2011. At the end of 2011 the government turned to the IMF and the EU to obtain a new loan for foreign currency debt and bond obligatins in 2012 and beyond. Whether negotiations result in a loan depend on Hungary meeting EU and IMF requirements for ensuring the independence of monetary, judicial, and data privacy institutions. The EU also launched an Excessive Deficit Procedure and requested that the government outline measures to sustainably reduce the budget deficit to under 3% of GDP. Unemployment remained high, at more than 11% in 2011. Ongoing economic weakness in Western Europe is likely to further constrain growth in 2012 (Central

This period was characterized by social turmoil and power disputes between left- and right-wing political forces. The retreat from the overseas territories and the acceptance of its independence terms by Portuguese head representatives for overseas negotiations, which would create independent states in 1975, prompted a mass exodus of Portuguese citizens from Portugal's African territories (mostly from Portuguese Angola and Mozambique). Over one million Portuguese refugees fled the former Portuguese provinces. Mário Soares and António de Almeida Santos were charged with organising the independence of Portugal's overseas territories. been the focus of much attention. Much less attention has been directed at clarifying the problems that occur before the first survey question is committed to paper: the process that leads from the theoretical construct to the prototype survey item (cf. Hox, 1997). Schwarz (1997) notes that large- scale survey programs often involve a large and heterogeneous group of researchers, where the set of questions finally agreed upon is the result of complex negotiations. As a result, the concepts finally adopted for research are often vaguely defined. When thinking about the process that leads from theoretical constructs to survey questions, it is useful to distinguish between conceptualization and operationalization. Before questions can be formulated, researchers must decide which concepts they wish to measure. They must define they intend to measure by naming the concept, describing its properties and its scope, and defining

On 19 February, the Committee of Elders of the Land Council decided to proclaim Estonian independence. For that purpose, a Rescue Committee with special mandates was set up, involving Konstantin Päts, Jüri Vilms and Konstantin Konik.
