My room I live in a comfortable city flat in a 9-stored block of flats not far from the centre of Tallinn. It is not a very green place, but still there are many trees around the house and in summer the yard looks very beautiful and cozy. The house is located comfortably because there a few supermarkets, pharmacies around. My flat is on the first floor. It's very comfortable and well-planned. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The largest room in our flat is the living room and me and my husband room too. My family uses it as a sitting room. There might be some stylish curtains in front of windows; their color might be something in the middle, not too dark, but also not too light. Dear Sir, My name is ... I am writing this letter following my stay at your hotel, Hotel Titanic. I stayed in room 603 from September 3rd to September 10th. I am wiriting becouse of the poor level of service and overall an unpleasant experience. When I first got to the hotel, I had to wait for 15 minutes in the reception before a young woman came, and helped us book in. Throughout my stay I was served mediocre food. The bathroom wasen't cleaned properly and the room servise was pretty bad. The room servise rearly changed my bed sheets and towels. There were 6 power-cuts wich each lasted for atleast 2 minutes. Worse still, I had an extremly noisy neighbour who was entertaining his visitors until 4 AM, two nights in a row. I even complained to the manager but that didn't impove the situation until the third day. Overall the stay wasen't worth the cost but I am not asking for a chargeback. Dec 11, 2011 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about my bad experiences I had while staying at your hotel from 1st of December to 4th of December. First of all, I stayed at a small room with noisy guests in the next room. Although, I had been told that I would be staying at a large private room far away from other guests. Second of all, the food was terrible. However, the brochure said that you have one of the best chefs in your hotel and that the food will be amazing. Furthermore, when I got the bill, I was shocked how overcharged I was. I assume you will replace my bad experiences with a full refund. One day, about 11 years ago I was home with my family. My mother was cooking a delicious fish for me and for my brother . We were hungry. I went to the kitchen and I saw a cooked fish, and I just wanted to eat it all. But then a fishbone got stuck inside of my throat. I was crying because it hurt me very badly. Then my mother asked me: "Oh my god! What is it, dear son?" then she saw a fish on the ground. My mother called ambulance and we went to the car right after. When we arrived to the hospital, then some nurses came to me and put me on a wheeled bed. They rolled me to the room where they took the bone out of my throat. I was so shocked that they had to give me a tranquilizer. Doctors kept my family informed what was happening with me. I was in hospital for 2 days before I got back home. That is a small story about my childhood, when I was about 3 year's old kid.

Home I live in a village called Kapu. This is a small and beautiful place where each house seems to stand on it's own little hill like royalty. What is your most unforgettable childhood experience? I have quite many childhood experiences that i remember, but following is the one, what i can remember really well. I was 5 years old, just learned to ride a bike, and as most of kids at the same age, so do i wanted a new bike. One day that my mother came to brought me home from kindergarten, we went home, and i was very surprised when i saw brand new bike standing at living room. I was so excited and immediately wanted to go for a ride, but in outdoors was already dark, so I had to wait next day. At that night i couldn't sleep very well, because i was so excited and anxiously waited for morning. It was one of my best and memorablest days from my childhood.
