Molübdeen Molübdeen (Mo) on omadustelt metall järjenumbriga 42, aatommassiga 95,94 ning tihedusega 10,22-10,28 g/cm3. Sulamistemperatuuriks on 2623 Celsiuse kraadi ja keemistemperatuur on 4650 kraadi. Molübdeeni nimetus tuleneb kreekakeelsest sõnast molübdos ja tähendab pliid. Molübdeeni avastas 1778 aastal Carl Wilhelm Scheele, aga esimesena tootis puhast molübdeeni Peter Jacob Hjelm, kuna Carlil polnud selleks piisavalt kõrge temperatuuriga ahju. Mo peamiseks ühendiks on molübdeniit ehk molüdeenläik MoS 2. Vaba molübdeeni saadakse maagi...

suspension and land it on the distance tube. 8. Turn the crosshead with the piston rod and the telescopic pipe down far enough to tighten the screws for the telescopic pipe. 9. Tighten the screws for the piston rod. The securing wire is to be mounted in such a way, that both parts are tightened when the screw is turned left. 10. Tighten down the piston rod stuffing box by means of the screws and lock the screws. 11. Smear the piston rod with molybdenum disulphide, and then turn the crankshaft a couple of revolutions. Mount the cylinder cover. 12. Start the engine and keep it running very slowly for approx. 15 minutes. Then stop the engine and inspect the piston rod and stuffing box. The chemical nature of soil has considerable effect on microbial population in soil. The soils in good physical condition have better aeration and moisture content which is essential for optimum microbial activity. Similarly nutrients (macro and micro) and organic constituents of humus are responsible for absence or presence of certain type of microorganisms and their activity. For example activity and presence of nitrogen fixing bacteria is greatly influenced by the availability of molybdenum and absence of available phosphate restricts the growth of Azotobacter. 11. Microbial associations / interactions: Microorganisms interact with each other giving rise to antagonistic or symbiotic interactions. The association existing between one organism and another whether of symbiotic or antagonistic influences the population and activity of soil microbes to a great extent. The predatory habit of protozoa and some mycobacteria which feed on bacteria may suppress or eliminate certain bacteria

make it into a descriptive condition. Kroon defends this primarily by extend- ing the "naming after" objection. Natural-kind terms and "Twin Earth" Kripke (1972/1980) and Hilary Putnam (1975a) went on to extend both the semantic theory of rigid designation and the CausalHistorical Theory of referring from singular terms to some predicates or general terms, chiefly naturalkind terms, common nouns of the sort that refer to natural substances or organisms, like "gold," "water," "molybdenum," "tiger," and "aardvark." Such expressions are not singular terms, since they do not purport to apply to just one thing. But Kripke and Putnam argued that they are more like names than they are like adjectives. Semantically they are rigid; each refers Proper names: Direct Reference and the CausalHistorical Theory 59 to the same natural kind in every world in which that kind has membership.
