livercancer was significantly higher than that of two surrounding control cities combined, with a
relative risk of 1.40 (1.04-1.89) based on Poisson regression analysis. Lack of information on possible
confounders including diet, alcohol drinking, smoking and hepatitis virus infection, is the main limitation
