Pros and Cons of Homeschooling Hello! My name is Sander and today I talk about Homeschooling. Homeschooling is becoming more popular every day, with a growth rate of 7 percent per year. There are about two million children currently learning at home. Homeschooled kids do well on standardized tests and are welcome at colleges and universities. Pros: Individual teaching attention Continuous population growth is leading to overcrowded schools in many areas. Add this to the recent economic struggles, with many schools laying off teachers or closing altogether. This means that teachers are more overwhelmed than ever, often handling classes of 40 or more children at a time.

and even do coding with your phone. There are lots of musicians, rappers and songwriters whose lives are a dream to many. However, things aren’t always as they seem. Firstly, in 2006, a website called Spotify was created. In Spotify you could listen to music anywhere you want, very easily and without spending any money. Songwriters started getting a lot of attention and spins for their creation. In addition, by 2021, Spotify had already reached 158 million users. Songs are making history by getting huge amounts of streams, over 1000 million streams. Another advantage is that newcomers who upload their music to the internet may get a huge boost and rapid spins, make some money and get famous more easily. On the other hand, giving Spotify the rights to stream your music isn’t actually profitable. One of the most streamed songs, Avicii’s release Wake Me Up! got over 168 million streams. And yet, that only made $12,359 in Pandora

The British government refused to help with money or by opening soup-kitchens they were afraid that young rebels would buy guns and that the Irish would get used with free food and never work again. The `Great Hunger' ended in 1851-52, when the amount of eatable crop increased. Approximately 1.5 million died of starvation and/or diseases, and 2 million emigrated. Gran Canaria is located southeast of Tenerife and west of Fuerteventura. The island is of volcanic origin, mostly made of fissure vents. Gran Canaria is the second most populous island of the Canary Islands after Tenerife. Gran Canaria's surface area is 1,560 km² and its maximum altitude is 1,949 meters (Pico de Las Nieves). It has a round shape, with a diameter of approximately 50 km. About 80% of the volume of the island was formed during the Miocene period, between 14 and 9 million years ago. This is called the "Old Cycle" and is estimated to have lasted some 200,000 years and have emitted about 1000 km3, mostly of fissural alkali basalt. This cycle continued with the emission oftrachytes, phonolites and peralkaline rocks. This period was followed by one of erosion, which lasted some 4 million years. This island is called a "Miniature Continent" due to the different climates and variety of landscapes found, with its long golden beaches and

Pollution of the Baltic Sea I have chosen to write my science report about pollution of the Baltic Sea. Nowadays it is a big problem to people who live in the marine region. In this report, I want to know the reason of this issue and how could we solve it. High population density, intensive agricultural production and other human activities have caused this high level pollution of the Baltic Sea. The shipment of crude oil has grown from 45 million tons to 175 million tons and this only by 10 years. Its condition is a challenge for the nine coastal states and their populations - there are 90 million people living in this catchment area. [1] The sources of marine pollution are municipal and industrial waste inputs directly into the sea or rivers, and atmospheric inputs mainly from traffic and farming. Originating from cellulose producing and from paper mills, large amounts of poisonous
After that, they founded their own cultures and lived there quite peacefully until 1492 when European explorer Cristopher Columbus discovered America and European settlers were starting to settle to just discovered land to get easily rich because of the people who had been there and went back to Europe got rich overnight. European settlers brought with themselves many easily cureable diseases which were unknown for Native Americans and those simple diseases killed over million Natives. The Natives who lived there helped new settlers but the settlers thought that they are better and acted presumingly. I think that European settlers shouldn't have done that because they went to foreign country where people were living and it was definitely not nice to act so. Most of the countries of Europe wanted to get land in America so they all made colonys there and started to bring there African slaves. Tensions between American colonials and the
