First, the interest rate is very high, although the interest is tax deductible. I belive that other banks could offer lower interest rate. Second, the origination fee is not also so reasonable and there are penalties if you want to pay off earlier your loan. I see also that this is leverage, it meens that you must have a collateral for the loan. And I know that you have only your forest land for that, but I think it is not very good idea to use the land for that, because if you default, the lender will have a senior claim on your land.
